SHIPPING
MADE TO ORDER
Some styles are “made to order” (each “made to order” product is stated on the product description of the product page).
For “made to order” styles please expect the estimated shipping to be within 3-4 weeks after purchase, unless otherwise stated.
PRE-ORDER
For pre-order items, please expect delivery on the date stated on the product description.
CANADA SHIPPING
Orders will be processed within 12-14 business days upon purchase date. Orders placed are processed Monday-Friday only (excluding major holidays). Expedited shipping is available at an additional cost.
To release your package without signature you have to contact selected courier and give the authorization.
DORIAN WHO is not responsible for lost and/or stolen packages. Any items that are not signed for with direct signature will be shipped back to DORIAN WHO.
All fees to ship the package back to customer will be covered by the customer.
Once your item has been shipped you will receive a confirmation email with tracking info. Please note that the Canpar is unable to deliver to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. If you entered a P.O. box as your delivery address, we will reach out to you via e-mail to get an alternative address which may delay your delivery.
Canada Shipping Method and Cost
Domestic orders will be free of charge and will be shipped via Canpar. Expedited shipping is available at an additional cost, charged to the customer separately at checkout. DORIAN WHO is not responsible for delays in shipping or delivery due to force of nature or other uncontrollable events.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
(Free on orders over CA$800)
International orders are orders shipped to countries other than Canada. International orders will be shipped via DHL Express, unless notified otherwise. DHL typically takes 6-7 business days to arrive. International shipping costs vary with shipping location (shipping costs vary with the region or location you are located). Orders over CA$800 are free shipping. To estimate shipping cost for orders under CA$800 select the shipping suitable service upon checkout.
Orders that are designated for shipment to countries outside of Canada may be subject to local taxes, customs, duties, and fees levied by the destination country ["Import Fees"]. The recipient of the shipment is the importer of record in the destination country and is responsible for all Import Fees.
If you refuse a shipment from DORIAN WHO, you are responsible for the original purchase and shipping charges, any Import Fees that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to DORIAN WHO.
(If duties and taxes are not included under the price of the item on the product page and at checkout, your order will be shipped DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) and may incur duties, fees and import taxes upon delivery. This charge is ultimately determined by your local customs authority. Payment of these fees is necessary to release your order from customs.)
